- Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle application solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Configure Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, HRMS, or other ERP components.
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
- Liaise with technical developers to ensure customizations and integrations meet functional requirements.
- Lead workshops and sessions to understand business needs and propose Oracle solutions.
- Prepare functional design documents for technical teams.
- Stay updated on Oracle’s product developments and recommend system improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in Oracle applications consulting.Deep understanding of Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HRMS).Proficiency in preparing functional documents like BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FDD (Functional Design Document).Knowledge of Oracle implementation methodologies (e.g., AIM, OUM).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
