- Thoroughly test the digital educational output including videos, and interactive HTML content to ensure they meet the educational objectives and are free from errors.
- Collaboratively work with content developers to enhance the quality and effectiveness of digital learning materials.
- Identify and document UX errors that may hinder the learning experience or cause confusion.
- Evaluate the UI against the project's visual identity guidelines and highlight discrepancies.
- Clearly and concisely document all identified issues, ensuring accurate representation of the problem and ease of understanding for rectification.
- Generate comprehensive reports on project status detailing issues classification, root cause analysis, and recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct rigorous reviews of digital content against the storyboard and set benchmarks/Templates to ensure consistency and quality.
- Propose improvements to meet or exceed established benchmarks.
- Effectively communicate findings, insights, and suggestions to the digital learning team and other stakeholders.
- Engage in constructive discussions to foster quality improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless flow of information and swift issue resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital learning, UX/UI standards, and quality assurance methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field).Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content testing, UX/UI evaluation, or a related area.Proficient in documentation tools and quality assurance software.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Good written and verbal English communication skills is a plus.Previous experience in a similar field is a plus.ISTQB holder is a plus.
