- Perform scanning, photocopying, and other document-related tasks efficiently.
- Conduct regular audits of housekeeping and cleaning standards to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and manage monthly pantry requirements, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Draft professional letters without errors, appropriately name and archive them, and ensure quick and organized access when required.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of company assets, including laptops, cell phones, and SIM card numbers. Track their allocation, condition, and usage, ensuring proper documentation and regular audits for accountability.
- Report directly to the Business Support team, providing monthly updates on housekeeping status, supplies, and related areas.
