Role Profile
- Leading discovery and design workshops including estimating, scoping and delivering proposals aligned with Analytics Solutions.
- Develop testing solutions and scenarios to assure proactive monitoring and instant detection of service degradation and outages.
- Generate reports from raw data and system logs to provide insights, revenue generating opportunities and precursors for KPIs enhancement.
- Design E2E full reporting models including standard KPIs and development of in-house metrics to assure timely manner issues detection and proactive monitoring.
- Reduce customer complaints and inquiries that require human intervention to resolve and answer.
- Provide early analytics to detect booming anomalies that might lead to frauds or revenue losses.
- Collaborate with third-party infrastructure providers to deliver seamless connectivity solutions.
- Develop and enhance business solutions tailored to client needs in the telecom space.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Manage technical communications with the client’s technical team, project team, customer services team and senior executives.
- Proactively resolve business & technical problems.
- Understand the clients’ core business and vertical and develop strategies where digital payments can add value.
- Project-manage larger customer engagements involving internal development teams or third party developers.
- Advocate and drive product enhancement requests with our cross-functional teams.
- Suggest and drive process improvement within the team
Core Competencies & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering from a reputable university
- 3+ years of experience in relevant areas like Cash performance management, operations, payments or credit assurance.
- Strong knowledge of fintech protocols and architecture.
- Experience in Data Quality management: measure and manage data quality and provide data assurance.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights
