We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Google Cloud Platforms and Google Workspace teams.
Your Role:
- Build Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and understanding their business needs.
- Client Success: Ensure the successful implementation and utilization of cloud solutions to meet client goals.
- Upsell Opportunities: Identify and propose additional products or services to enhance client value.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales, technical, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance and generate reports to share insights with clients.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns promptly and coordinate resolutions to ensure satisfaction.

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelSolid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
