Job Description:

•  Update the schedule based on inputs received from project team to maintain up to date progress which support the project manager
•   Prepare the monthly Progress reports for the project manager to allow him take the right decisions
•    Monitor progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning
•  Prepare Monthly client invoice for buildings
•    Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member (delay analysis)
•  Prepare the Self Execution Performance analysis report
• Prepare the Sub-Contractors Performance analysis report
• Assist in OT Claims
•  Prepare the Action Plan (Modified Sequence)
•  Monitor the Subcontractors Schedules.
• Prepare the Procurement Dates - Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products
•  Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management

Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work. 

Job Requirments:

• Having 3 years of experience in the Planning Sector is MUST.
• Head Office Base.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Architecture Engineering.
• Primavera is a Must.
• Very Good Microsoft Office Skills
