- Conduct Legal investigation with students
- Conduct Legal investigation with employees
- Represent AIU at arraignments, hearings, and court trials.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including legal briefs and appeals.
- Review contracts and agreements legally.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
A Bachelor's degree in Law or Legal Studies from an accredited Egyptian university.Register in the lawyer Syndicates Appellate List.At least 5 years of proven experience with cases and court.Work experience in university is a must, including conducting investigation with students. Maximum age should not exceed 35 years on 1/1/2025.Familiarity with relevant Egyptian laws and regulations including labor, Social Security, universities, and governmental contracting laws and regulations is a must. Excellent command of EnglishApplicant must hold Egyptian citizenship.
