Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring Customer service & Sales agents to understand specific requirements and define ideal candidate profiles for open positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source a high volume of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and professional databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
- Shortlist and schedule qualified candidates for interviews
- Manage the recruitment process efficiently, ensuring timely communication with all candidates.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment within a high-volume hiring environment.Proven track record of successfully filling multiple open positions within tight deadlines.Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.Adept at sourcing candidates through various online and offline channels.Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
