Retail Sales Head Delta Region

  • Devise effective territory sales and offline marketing strategies.
  • Analyse numerical data to find the most efficient sales methods.
  • Supervise all retail sales rep and check for their visits.
  • Supervise the product price and prevent the illegal practices.
  • Check the daily sales reports of his sales team.
  • Co-operate with the fleet department to check the cars availability.
  • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
  • Supervise the way of approach from the sales reps and their presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Solve any problem raised within his area.
  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
  • Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes.
  • Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
  • Monitor competition within assigned region.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the CEO.
  • Monitor and report the market status (inflation - competitors - and so on).

Proven experience as a Sales Head “Retail Sales”Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.Food & Beverage experience is a MUST.Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.Excellent communication skillsOrganizational and leadership abilities.Problem-solving aptitude.Must have an own car with a valid private driving license.Ability to train the new hires.Presentable.ERP user.
