Handle Sourcing process activities such as posting jobs on job boards or websites, reviewing applications.
Coordinate the recruitment process, screening applications, arranging interviews and participating in the selection process
Prepare the offer letter of the selected candidates.
Conduct new employee orientations.
Update company organization structure.
Assess training effectiveness through analyzing trainees' feedback and impact on daily activities.
Analyze performance ratings and trends and develop useful insights.
Assist managers in filling appraisal forms 
Gather employee feedback regularly and develop useful data for analysis.
Conduct exit interviews for leavers and report reasons.


3– 5 Years of Experience in HR.HR Diploma is Preferred.Good English Level written and spoken.Ability to execute daily tasks with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills.
