Role Purpose:
• Manage HR operations and Resourcing Ops for non-mass hiring candidates.
• Manage system related activities, handle end to end employee’s system related life cycle (New starters, system changes, leavers, and payroll reports)
• Generate and provide HR management information reporting and analytical information support to stakeholders
• position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of HR Operations basics
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Resourcing Operations
• Manage Resourcing Ops day-to-day Ops and ensure the Personnel team is adhering to :
• Responsible for Creating vacancies MPR
• Post vacancies on Success factor & eightfold.
• Archiving resumes and scheduling applicant interviews.
• Schedule Candidates for Interviews
• Informing job applicants with required hiring documents
Personnel Ops:
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Ensure relevant documentation is available for all HR systems/processes and procedures.
• Maintains and supports delivery of service within agreed Service Level Agreements for specific customer types.
• Participate in HR Projects and Initiatives correlated to HR systems.
• Revises specific processes and procedures when needed and informs the stakeholders about the changes.
• Develop and enhance current processes.
• Issuance and authorization of Personal Documents (HR Letters, Payroll letter & Embassy Letters/Govern
• Personal Documents Withdrawal and return process.
• Documents archiving for all FTEs
• Manage Onboarding / Off Boarding Processes Contract Activities:
• New Joiners Contract Signing Activities – Contractors to Employee Conversion sessions
• contract renewals processing
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Handling all in and out HR operations as preparing paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience, as well as managing and completing all paperwork for resigning employees.
• Communicating with designated parties hiring or exiting of department team members.
• Escalation management – Resolve escalation on priority and at root to avoid recurrence.
General:
• Ops Quality Control:
• Ensure compliance to 95% - Accuracy and Quality.
• SLA doesn’t breach 5 WD – Hit or Miss
• Proactive, problem solving, prioritizes and demonstrates robust understanding of business needs and empathetic customer management.
• Adheres to service delivery model, resolves and closes requests as per defined SLA.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
A. Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience preferable
B. Skills and Abilities:
Technical Skills
- Good Knowledge and expertise on MIS and Customer service experiences
- Advanced Skills in Microsoft (Excel, ppt)
- Knowledge for success factors HR Modules and EVO HR systems
