As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads in the international B2B market. Your expertise will help grow our sales pipeline, ensuring consistent results and alignment with our strategic goals linked to weekly and monthly numbers .

 

Responsibilities:

Lead Research & Identification:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads in target industries and regions.
  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, industry directories, and databases to gather prospect data.

Lead Outreach:

  • Execute targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn connections, and cold outreach.
  • Customize messaging to resonate with each segment of the audience.

Lead Qualification:

  • Analyze leads to determine their fit based on company size, industry, and market needs.
  • Use lead scoring tools to prioritize high-quality prospects.

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead information.
  • Track outreach efforts and responses for streamlined follow-ups.

Goal Tracking & Reporting:

  • Define daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals with the sales team.
  • Monitor progress and provide actionable reports on KPIs such as leads generated, conversion rates, and ROI.

Proven Expertise:Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in B2B lead generation in international markets.Ability to provide tangible proof of successful campaigns and lead generation strategies.Technical Skills:Proficiency in CRM software (e.g.,Zoho, HubSpot).Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and research abilities.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.Understanding Required to Achieve Weekly/Monthly Goals:Deep understanding of target markets and industries.Knowledge of key decision-makers and influencers in international B2B environments.Proficiency in planning and executing outreach campaigns with measurable objectives.Ability to evaluate lead quality and conversion rates consistently
