  • Looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to solve the customers’ and their issues.
  • Handling the customers’ issues to give them the best service and to solve any certificate issues.
  • Handling the administration and technical issues of the team.
  • Follow-up on maintaining all transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments related to clients in addition to the measures that have been taken, and all of his work is subject to internal review.
  • Follow-up on the unresolved complaint to the relevant departments for further investigation and taking appropriate measures in customer Calls Management Including Receiving, Logging, Dispatching & Closing of Customer Calls with the objective to maintain Customer Satisfaction.
  • Answer customer's inquiries through phone

Previous Experience in Call Centers Environment is preferred.Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection and criticismGood PC skills (preferred computer science graduates)Has the ability to be effective in communicating with othersPatient and intelligent to solve problemsWorking under pressure
