- Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators and technicians.
- Schedule and assign work tasks to ensure optimal production flow.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control) to ensure seamless operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of production activities and outcomes.

Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in steel manufacturing or a related industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. -Skills - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office.
