Maintain smooth office operations and provide comprehensive administrative support.
Perform various tasks such as reception duties, copy editing, and providing support as needed.
Organize and manage schedules, including meetings and events.
Demonstrate proficiency in working with ACAD (AutoCAD) software.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and car rentals.
Responsible for purchasing office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
Prepare reports, compose correspondence, and assist in drafting new contracts.
Create professional presentations and other management-level reports.
Possess excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.Demonstrate strong written communication skills in Arabic, particularly in letter writing.Hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering.Proficient in using computer software such as Excel, Word, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and BMS (Building Management System).Prior experience or a background in the hospitality industry is preferred.
