- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to understand project scope and requirements
- Collaborate with the design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure all technical aspects are covered in the tender
- Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs, and identify potential risks
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project-specific requirements
- Participate in bid reviews, negotiations, and value engineering sessions to maximize project success
- Track and manage multiple tenders simultaneously, ensuring timely submissions
