We are now expanding our team and seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to Management to join us in Egypt.

Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team, ensuring seamless coordination across departments such as IT, marketing, customer success, and finance. You will handle administrative tasks, oversee project timelines, and act as a key liaison to maintain workflow efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This position requires flexibility to work day or night shifts and the ability to adapt to changing priorities with a positive and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support & Team Coordination

  • Manage the management’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and detailed minutes.
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence, reports, and documentation.

2. Project Management

  • Track project timelines, deadlines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Monitor tasks assigned to various teams, ensuring timely completion.
  • Identify potential delays or risks and recommend solutions to management.

3. IT and Marketing Coordination

  • Collaborate with the IT team to optimize internal tools and processes.
  • Support marketing initiatives, tracking campaigns and preparing materials to ensure timely execution.

4. Customer Success Collaboration

  • Liaise with the customer success team to provide updates on client issues and escalations.
  • Analyze customer feedback to derive actionable insights aligned with strategic goals.
