  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee relations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience in creating KPIs and managing performance evaluation systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration.
  • Previous experience in employee engagement and retention strategies is a plus.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.Handle employee relations by resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Organize employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.Provide support to employees on HR-related topics such as leave policies, compensation, and benefits.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, resolving issues as needed.Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies and procedures.Promote HR programs to create a conflict-free and efficient workplace environment.Develop and implement KPIs for each department to support performance evaluation.Facilitate performance reviews and guide managers in delivering constructive feedback.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage HR systems.Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
