Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Craft and implement strategic social media plans that align with our company's goals and objectives.
• Content Creation: Produce, edit, publish, and share compelling content daily (including text, images, and videos) that fosters meaningful connections and encourages community engagement.
• Event Content Planning: Develop and manage content plans specifically for events to maximize engagement and visibility.
• Optimize Company Pages: Set up and enhance company pages on each platform to boost the visibility of our social content.
• Community Management: Moderate all user-generated content according to the community's moderation policy.
• Analytics and Reporting: Continuously capture and analyze relevant social data/metrics, insights, and best practices to refine strategies and actions.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in social media planning.
• Hashtag Strategy: Create and implement effective hashtag strategies to increase reach and engagement.
• Story Building: Develop compelling stories that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand narrative.

own laptopExperience: Proven experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.Skills: Exceptional consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills. Demonstrable experience with social networking and social analytics tools.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
