- Provide Training & technical support to customers and internal teams regarding mechanical power products and systems.
- Developing a training plan for all clients based on the type of project.
- Develop an operating plan for the department and distribute the work tasks of the trainers.
- Follow up on the implementation of the operational plan daily.
- Divide the training materials into stages.
- Evaluating the training process and following up on customer satisfaction.
- Solve all problems related to the training stages.
- Receiving manual and material training from department managers.
- Ensure understanding of all technical aspects of projects.
- Implementing the training plan for clients.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Proficiency in mechanical power systems, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science.Proficiency in mechanical power systems, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
