 Carries responsibility for reducing monthly internal return (max 3 %)
Carries responsibility for upgrading the new version of software
 Ensures proper operation of systems in compliance with required regulations and codes.
 Performs all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with established work standards.
 Performs other related duties
Functional level:
Technical and theoretical know-how  on GSM
Technical know-how on  trouble-shooting
 Understanding quality of repair and its impact on revenues, KPIs and profit
Interpersonal level: 
Communication Skills
Time Management
 Diagnostic skills within repair time frame
Educational background:
University graduate from any discipline
