You will be reporting to the shift Manager while supervising a team of 11 operator.
- Supervise shipping operator & technician focusing on people development.
- Manage and drive the application of risk assessment through the appropriate levels. Work with the operations team to ensure the facility processes pertaining risk area meet the system goals and requirements and is effectively mitigating targeted risks.
- Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
- Loading schedule and dock management.
- Monitor and improve FIFO.
- Claim responsibility (Loading breakage, Packaging breakage, Lite count).
- Supervising shipping operator for daily activities.
- Identify and implement cost saving initiatives related to packaging materials, operation process, efficiency, transportation, and storage.
High degree education with warehouse and Logistics experience are preferred.Experience in a similar role with a strong supervisory skill.Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and managements.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Fluent in English, written and spoken.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving skills, logical thinking, ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.Good in MS Office. SketchUp knowledge valuable.
