  •  Field incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and maintain client relationships.
  • Provide efficient and courteous customer service to clients on all aspects of our real estate services.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution
  • Successful candidate should be able to handle all customers inquiries received timely and professionally.
  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.


Skills


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrate communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving critical problems
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
