- Follow up on recruitment procedures, open employee files, collect hiring documents, prepare status statements, health cards, monitor fitness reports, and manage salary scales in employee files.
- Monitor service termination procedures, whether resignation or dismissal, follow up on warnings, service termination, settlement of dues, and monitor social insurance procedures.
- Follow up on procedures for paying employee death benefits and issuing grants.
- Monitor employee performance evaluations, follow up on annual assessments, and contract renewals.
- Make adjustments and monitor monthly salaries, overtime, and incentives.
- Monitor procedures for transfers, promotions, or job modifications.
- Monitor employee attendance and departure through the fingerprint system, attendance cards, or attendance sheets, and manage payroll impacts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations, and provide legal advice on the relationship between employees and the employer according to labor law guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in personnel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in industrial fields is preferred.Preference will be given to candidates residing in 10th of Ramadan City or those willing to relocate
