Recruitment Specialist

  • Create and publish job ads on social media and job boards.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Interviewing applicants and vetting them for the position
  • Participate in Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Reports on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
  • Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
  • Prepare performance appraisal after probation period.
  • Participate in coordinating communication with universities and institutes to coordinate summer training with students

Qualification:1. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or any related field 2. V.Good computer skills in Word, Visio, Excel, and Outlook3. V.Good in English and Arabic.Experiences:From 1 - 3 years of experience prefer in blue collarsMales only
