Role Purpose:
Providing Insights for the Customer behaviour changes in a highly dynamic competitive market mainly through monitoring & inventing KPIs to track the products performance, assessing & analysing performance of ATL, BTL & structured moves. Also, understanding the customer needs & providing the right actionable Insights to the stakeholders to enhance the Company’s performance & minimize commercial risks.
Key responsibilities:
• Create & develop daily, weekly & monthly dashboards.
• Invent new KPIs for better performance tracking.
• Build and manage relationships with internal customers (Stakeholders)
• Integrate different types of insights to provide a full integrated story
• Lead on aspects related to customer base profitability by administering effective assessments policies.
• Provide guidance on the viability of all products, initiatives based on profitability, business case modelling and base risk assessment.
• Remain up to date on overall market moves to ensure that Vodafone propositions are competitive in the market.
• Influence stakeholders design making by providing the right actionable Insights.
Skills Required:
• B.SC degree Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing.
• 1-2 years of Marketing experience preferably in telecom sector.
• 1-2 years of Quantitative Data Analysis experience.
• Experienced in briefing of and working with qualitative and quantitative market research, Pricing, customer data, financial information and customer segmentation.
