Job Descriptions:
The Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Executive Director, ensuring efficient coordination of daily activities, meeting arrangements, and communications with key stakeholders. The role aims to facilitate smooth office operations and support executive goals by performing tasks efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules Managing Director
- scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- coordinate and arrange for exhibitions both outside and inside.
- follow-up meetings, works and new projects to ITIDA and Coordination with the company management and ITIDA
- coordination between Departments and Speakers based on the ISO project
- Assist the managing director with most of his duties.
- Handle incoming and outgoing letters.
- Assist in coordinating tasks, Internal and External Coordination
- Save and archive customers' subscription licenses and other document.
- Serve as a point of contact between the Executive Director’s and internal or external parties.
- Save filing employees' documents and contracts for the company
- Maintaining and archiving files related to employee vacations and transportation.
- Maintaining social insurance forms.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality and use prudence when handling sensitive information.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Two days working off (Friday& Saturday)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.Experience Minimum of 3-5 years in an Assistant or similar administrative role.Female only.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Very Good English, both written and verbal.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Problem-solving and analytical skills.
