Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a sales manager at Dunes Developments. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience (10-12 years) in real estate.
- Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Giza resident is preferable.
