- Operations Management:
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and manage inventory discrepancies.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are in proper working condition.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Problem-Solving:
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve supply chain or logistical challenges.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to internal and external customers.
- Handle customer complaints related to warehouse operations and proposed corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.Strong and influential leadership skills with the ability to positively impact team performance.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration within the team.Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain practices.Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
