- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Compose job offer letters
- Onboard new hires

- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within the software industry is a must.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development roles and technologies (e.g., programming languages, software development lifecycle, frameworks, etc.).Skills:Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.High level of integrity and professionalism.
