Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to support our organization's growth and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Recruiting:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment process efficiently.

Candidate Experience:

  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their applications.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide timely feedback.

Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Promote the company's culture, values, and career opportunities through various channels.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

 


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Experience in Software Industries.Certification in HR or recruitment.
