- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards
- Keeping up-to-date documentation like quality SOP , Inspection Cards, Control Plans, and modifying frequency and sample size based on process capability.
- Continuous improvement activities related to improving the production process and product quality.
- Conducts training sessions and writes training material on quality control activities ,Train staff, technicians, and professionals on quality control activities and testing a product or a materials
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, process, and planning to drive quality improvements and resolve issues.
- Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Train and support production staff on quality control processes and best practices.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues effectively and Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions
Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality control, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams.Proficient in using quality inspection tools and software.
