| - Receive Enquiries (RFQ) and leads from IPC Marketing Department in order to channel it to BU Sales team as per set distribution. Follow up on the status of the requests on timely manner.
- Engage and respond to social media interactions in order to create a conversation with online audience
- Receive Campaign communication materials developed for UNILE and give feedback in order to create the right content in line with the objective and culture of UNILE.
- Oversee photoshoot, video production and implementation of the corporate identity in coordination with IPC marketing in order to ensure that branding is applied as per set guidelines.
- Manage the relationship and communication between IPC Marketing, Advertising Agency and the business unit.
- Work with IPC Marketing on Customer Management Experience Initiatives such as Data Auditing, Surveys, Customer Retention, Complaints, etc.
- Recommend social media calendar in coordination with IPC Marketing and schedule content posting to boost online presence and lead generation.
- Suggest the latest trends on social media to implement on the Business Unit platforms to grow the audience reach and for lead generation purposes.
- Gather and analyze frontline intelligence about local and global competition from their social media platform to assess against own social media presence and growth.
- Establish a point of contact between the shop and its customers; Ensure current customers have the right products and services and identify new markets and leads to push our products in front of potential buyers.
- Track, collect and analyze market insights and consumer behavior trends in the e-commerce industry related to UNILE brand/shop and prepare recommendations in order to highlight potential new product development or plan upcoming marketing activities.
- Manage the development and maintenance of ecommerce site such as uploading products and improving website user experience to make it easier for customers to shop and improve the website ranking on search engines.
