Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing steel structures that meet client specifications while adhering to industry standards. This role requires a strong background in engineering design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and create detailed design plans for steel structures using TEKLA software.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure designs meet requirements and specifications.

- Conduct design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and cost savings.

- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

- Mentor and guide junior designers in best practices and design techniques.
