- Implement and monitor effective Risk Assessment management strategies and makes recommendations on the implementation of these strategies.
- Implementing, developing, and maintaining a safety management system as per ISO 45001, ISO14001 & ISO 9001 Standard.
- Ensure the compliance with legal environmental, occupational health and safety regulations.
- Carries out workplace safety audits and ensure that any remedial recommendations are implemented.
- Maintains accident statistics, analyses trends and propose and takes remedial action where necessary.
- Investigates all accidents and near misses be investigated, prepares report of findings, including recommendations to prevent recurrence and implement approved course of action.
- Manages and maintains the MSDS database, ensuring MSDS statements are available on all hazardous materials and that effective Risk Assessments are in place to manage the handling, storage, and use.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous HSE improvement and implement programs to deliver these.
- Provision of emergency procedures, first-aid facilities, safety signs, relevant protective clothing and equipment.
- Promote HSE Culture and awareness from top management to shop floor level.
Bachelor’s degree in any practical field (Science, Agriculture, or Engineering).3-5 Years of Experience in the same field.Time Management Skills.Very Good Communication skills.Observations Skills.MS Office Experience.
