- To express an opinion and legal advice regarding questions or inquiries, complaints and grievances received by the sector and to provide required legal supportive documents.
- Responsible for conducting all financial and administrative interrogations while providing the required legal advice.
- Drafting and reviewing all contracts between MSMEDA and other parties to ensure legitimacy of all the included provisions.
- Ensure conformity with all laws and regulations and help to avoid any forms of legal violations by the MSMEDA departments.
- Managing the legal Affairs team including assigning tasks, monitoring and improving performance
- Representing MSMEDA in front of courts , public prosecutor, administrative prosecution and the Notary Public throughout the Republic representation
- Supervising specialists to pursue the issuance of laws and regulations related to MSMEDA activities and the issuance of all necessary explanations then notifying concerned departments by what perceived as related.
- Attending all committees meetings as a representative for the Legal Affairs Sector
- Developing and delivering training courses and awareness sessions for the senior management and supervisory positions on relevant laws and regulations that should be followed.
A bachelor's degree in law is requiredNot less than 15 years' experience Practical experience in the field of legal affairs Skills in preparing and drafting memos and legal claims Continuous awareness of amendments to current laws and their executive regulations Proficiency in using computer. Negotiation skills and a high ability to persuade. Skills in dealing with diverse personality and behavior types.Ability to analyze, make comparisons, and effectively identify alternatives.
