Position Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager with a strong background in export management to join our team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, understanding their export needs, and delivering effective marketing solutions that drive growth. This role requires a deep understanding of export logistics, market trends, and the ability to build lasting partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on their export and marketing needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' export objectives and create tailored marketing strategies to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure seamless export operations.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and project outcomes.
- Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to expand our client base.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the export or international trade sector.Strong understanding of export logistics, documentation, and market requirements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Analytical skills with a strategic mindset to identify and solve complex problems.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
