We are looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team, working on exciting projects for top F&B brands in Egypt and the Gulf region.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop creative content strategies tailored to F&B clients, highlighting their unique brand stories.
- Design and schedule high-quality posts, including photos, videos, reels, and engaging captions that reflect the client's branding.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers during content creation.
Platform Management:
- Manage and grow F&B clients’ presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.
- Ensure consistent posting schedules and optimal timing for audience engagement.
Community Engagement:
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Monitor reviews and feedback, ensuring professional responses that enhance client reputations.
Advertising and Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing and audience insights.
Trend Analysis and Reporting:
- Stay ahead of F&B trends, seasonal themes, and platform updates to create relevant and timely content.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversions) and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with account managers and clients to understand their brand objectives and target audience.
- Provide strategic social media recommendations and contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.
3-5 years of experience in managing social media accounts.Previous experience working with F&B brands or within a marketing agency is preferred.A genuine passion for food and the F&B industry is a must, with the ability to translate that enthusiasm into creative content.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools relevant to the F&B industry.Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with designers, photographers, and other content creators to bring campaigns to life.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
