- Work to ensure projects construction progress is achieved on at the highest level of quality that meets the manufacturing/design & site requirements & standards.
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise.
- Create and store drawings electronically.
- Prepare variations of design.
- Develop detailed designs for electrical systems.
- Resolve design problems.
- Review and analyze specifications.
- Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures.
- Prepare the material submittals and provide the material take off for different mechanical systems.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise for discussion and proper solve.
- Finalize technical queries and issues with the vendors, receive replies and ensure the results are fully implemented.
- Solve technical issues raised by side due to confliction between drawings and reality work or due to material in compliance with drawings and isometrics.
- Control Panel Programming.
- Door Fan Testing.
- Prepare commercial quotations.
- Work on meeting the project milestones & completion time.
- Work on meeting the project consultant requirements in line with the company interests.
- The employee to ensure that the different products needed for the projects are fully complying with the submitted material submittal & part no. are matching & free from defects before delivering it to site or consultant.
- It is assumed that the employee has the technical / engineering / construction aggressive background to handle the day-to-day issues with project execution plan & knowledge of products being installed & the ability to coordinate with sub-contractors & assure work is up to the needed quality.
- It is assumed that the employee has the execution background to test, commission & handover of projects with similar nature & accordingly he is responsible for such a scope.
