- Monitoring and follow-up affairs of our customers with service centers (Management, technical, financial...)
- Study the cost of current service contracts per one and support service centers by new solutions to decrease the cost
- Visiting the customer to present the contracts offers.
- Manage the mobile service team which serving service contracts customer in their locations.
- Coordinate with other departments to setup the new contracts on oracle (Spare Parts, finance, order management team, item definition team).
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.2-4 years of Experience in Automotive IndustryVery good command in English language.Excellent in Communication Skills.
