Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Source and screen candidates.
    • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.
    • Develop and implement onboarding plans for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Address employee concerns and resolve issues.
    • Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews.
    • Handle disciplinary actions and investigations.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
    • Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Policies and Procedures:
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

 


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Proven experience in HR generalist roles.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Arabic.
