Job Purpose:

The Regional HRBP should act as a trusted advisor to all the Regional HR Managers, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support growth and performance. This role is responsible for providing strategic HR guidance, driving talent initiatives, and managing employee relations, ensuring an optimal work environment that supports engagement, productivity, and organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing insights and strategic HR support to drive performance
  • Provide employee relations expertise to client groups ensuring compliance to company practices; and countries' labor law
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment law requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Identify and address organizational barriers to delivering strategic business initiatives
  • Collaborate on workforce planning and talent acquisition to address business needs and future growth
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Facilitate the performance management process, including setting objectives, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
  • Drive the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees’ level of performance & capabilities meet current and future standards
  • Implement HR policies and reward strategy to ensure that all reward decisions are fair and objective
  • Identify Talent Development needs and work with Learning & Development team to create targeted growth plans for high-potential employees and emerging leaders
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives, conduct engagement surveys, and follow up on action plans to improve morale and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices, providing guidance to managers on compensation matters
  • Leverage HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend strategic initiatives to support business objectives
  • Prepare reports and analysis on HR-related metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Oversee exit interviews, analyze feedback reports, to present recommendations for improvements to employee retention strategies
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives that align with company strategic goals, supporting HR’s continuous improvement and growth
  • Ensuring consistent and continuous compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols.
  • Actively supporting relevant levels of management in implementing Corrective and Risk mitigation actions


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including a strong track record in a strategic HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience leading and developing HR teams
