Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor at Uni-Serve Middle East in Giza. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for HR management, employee relations, performance management, and enforcing HR policies within the organization.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in managing employee relations and performance
- Knowledge of developing and implementing HR policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle conflicts effectively
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in HR management or related areas are a plus
