- Review and approve shop drawings for design and specification compliance.
- Coordinate with design teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for accuracy.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
- Ensure that materials and labor quantities align with project specifications and drawings.
- Verify subcontractor invoices against the scope of work and BOQ.
- Coordinate with project managers and finance teams to ensure accurate payment processing.
- Ensure all work meets technical specifications and quality standards.
- Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using CAD, ASD, and other software.
- Track project progress and report any delays or changes to the team.
- Work with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams.
- Maintain accurate records of technical drawings, approvals, and correspondence.
- Prepare regular progress reports and technical documentation for management.
