Indirect Sr. Sales Executive

Role Purpose

The Indirect Sales Executive provides expert knowledge to deliver product sales and services through all the indirect distribution channels (e.g. selling through strategic partnerships) in line with Vodafone commercial strategy. The Indirect Sales Executive focusses on activities delivering the commercial strategy through providing indirect sales and services activities and working collaboratively with third parties (directly / indirectly) to develop strategic offers. Typically reports to the Indirect Sales Assistant Sales manager. The indirect sales executive Works on implementing the company’s sales/distribution plans and strategies, analyzing the business and sales trends nationally and within their region to suggest the best approaches to meet sales and distribution targets and gather more clients. They work in parallel with embedded aggregators to expand our share in cash, NBA & devices.

Job Profile

1- Business Delivery    

  • Ensure the proper roll out of company sales strategic
  • Managing dealers to meet the company requirements and achieve channel targeted contribution margin
  • Achieving monthly product mix quota (cash IN / OUT, NBA & devices)
  • Ensure gaining our fair market share by achieving dealer’s Monthly sales targets.
  • Supporting new products. Expanding Vodafone new handsets projects in the assigned region.
  • Respond to supplier’s requests effectively
  • Achieving the trade quota 100%  

2- Organizational Capacity

  • Provide leadership and support for dealer’s staff to achieve KPľ's as per contracts terms & conditions.
  • Working closely with the regionalization team to close any market share gaps.
  • Follow the daily visits to ensure dealers operating hours according to the agreed location 
  • Ensure that POS materials are "in theatre within dealers
  • Ensure that dealers sales staff look & feel are up to Vodafone.
  • Ensure general monitoring of competitive activity through daily reports
  • Clarify goals and tasks and gather ideas for improvement.

3- Systems Development    

  • Get greater visibility over channel by introducing new channel utilization plans to match department goals
  • Ensure that systems are working properly, and reports are managed in an accurate manner.
  • Expanding Vodafone footprint in trade
  • Reporting and representing by all the competitors move in his region
  • Working closely with selected aggregators to ensure following company strategy

Competencies and Qualifications

  • 5 Years of relevant experience.
  • Any relevant bachelor's degree 

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

  • Strong leadership skills 
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking & planning skills

Technical / professional qualifications: 

  • Strong experience in Consumer Sales.
  • General business knowledge. 
  • Strong understanding of the Dealers practices is essential.
  • Fixability to working at Remote areas
