For immediate hiring, Sales Area Manager is required for a leading manufacturing company located in Smart Village
The Sales Area Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated region, focusing on lead and tender follow-up, offer submission, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the market to maintain and grow the company’s market share while building and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively follow up on sales leads and inquiries within the assigned territory.
• Track and prioritize leads to maximizing conversion rates and ensure timely engagement.
• Review and respond to tenders and RFQs (Requests for Quotation) in alignment with company pricing strategies.
• Prepare and submit competitive offers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics to achieve defined objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to understand competitor activity and industry trends.
• Propose strategies to maintain and increase the company’s market share within the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Regularly report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in an area management role.• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share.• Strong analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.• Strong selling, communication and negotiation skills with proven success in client interactions.• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, preferably MBA holder
