- Manage staff of parts quality check.
- Manage staff of final product quality receiving approval.
- Reset all issues to validate system fixes.
- Quality reporting and root cause analysis with proper feedback and counter measure.
- Manage the PDI team.
- Continues improvement to reduce the defects of PDI and after sales.
- Verify and revise quality control standers as needed.
- Assist in development of change control processes, practices, and guidelines.
- Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and system goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field.Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.Experience in Automotive industry is MUST.Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.In-depth understanding of technical documentation.Familiarity with statistical analysis.Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Team spirit.Good analytical skill.
