- Conduct market research to identify potential international markets and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to the potential and current international customers.
- Market and sell Alexform products and services in the assign regions.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Provide technical support to customers and alternative solutions by Collaborating with the technical office based on customer specifications
- Follow-up all RFQ, clarifications, and customers’ requests in the shortest time and professional way .
- Negotiating prices, terms and conditions to complete the deal.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and events.
- Support the financial department to accelerate export delivery and collection processes.
- Prepare for foreign customers visits and audits in the group factories.
- Participate in creating the Perform and commercial invoices and packing lists for export shipments.
- Follow up logistics procedures for each export shipment and Ensure compliance with all export regulations and documentation requirements
- Participate in creating and updating the group website, marketing and promotional materials.
Bachelor of Civil or Mechanical Engineering .1-3 year of Experience in Export or sales (building material, steel structure, cement , PEB,..) .Fluent in English .Fluency in French is a plus .Strong negotiation and communication skills .Presentation and Problem solving skills .Ability to work independently and as part of a team Multitasking ability .
