Project Administration Specialist

  • Coordinating Project team travel arrangements (invitation letters, hotel reservations & transportation)
  • Follow up with the Team daily meals and beverage needs.
  • Monitoring consumption of office supplies, stationary, uniform etc..
  • Follow up and supervise the cleaning workers and cleaning material consumptions.
  • Following up on Site car and drivers Schedule management. 
  • Processing invoices and expenses related to Admin. Work
  • Follow up Admin building & green area maintenance .
  • Following all the needed arrangements for external or internal Visits .
  • Follow up rented cars and provides assistance to facilitate transportation and accommodation of visitors.
  • Develop and maintain, an updated database of Administration services 
  • Coordinates with the HSE Team to keep  and follow up safety roles starting from Gates security guards reaching the offices building and even areas around ( car parking, waste management, instructional signage,  ..etc.)
  • Provide support to all project team members in the above-mentioned areas. 
  • Keeping  the good  performance and levels, standards of services offered to team  and respond to any task required from the Project Manger and team members.

High education / BSC or a related study. Good knowledge with Microsoft programs specially Excel                                                                 No experience neededCommunication, Fast response, Good analytical and Problem Solving skills.good command in English language and Arabic.Physical abilities, young, energetic and dynamic character
