Key Responsibility: Monitoring the maintenance processes for best machines performance ((for the plastic injection machines - PET manufacturing)).
Also Resposible for:
- Troubleshooting, repairs, tests, and calibrates mechanical and electrical equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Implementing the periodic preventive maintenance plan for machines and equipment.
- Analyzes the production defects related to maintenance & handle all related issues.
- Making the necessary periodic purchasing orders for spare parts and follow up the execution of all purchases during the year.
- Responsible for handling machine & equipment sudden stoppages.
- Working out the human and material resources needed.
- Coordinating necessary maintenance work with the production heads.
- Recommends projects regarding cost saving.
- Maintaining system documentation standards throughout lifecycle of equipment and processes.
- Providing administrative and technical direction to all maintenance personnel.
